Lol, after spending so much time and money I have built up 12 schools with 12 juniors, just to end up knowing that there's not a single freaking team competing in the INDIAN Junior League!
1) Now, with no matches to play I don't know how to improve those players.
2) I'm wasting 600k every week, while I can just keep it and save it to make a better stadium... also I can just spend 400k and get at least 4 players with very good stats and at least 12 form!
3) so should I really give up on the idea of raising the juniors or should I just considerably lower the number of schools to 2-3?

Please answer these...

Hi Pep,

Firstly what sort of coach do you have for the jrs. IF he's less than brilliant I think it's a waste of money.
1) Jr. players don't improve with matches. The matches just help the coach decide how good he is. So without matches a brilliant jr. may only seem excellent. The higher the coaches average skill, the better the accuracy of predicting the players' skills.

2) At present, build a reasonably good team that can win you all league matches. As you don't have any competition in the league that will be easy. start with buying 1 great GK, 1 ATT, 2 MIDS & 2 DEFS. Buy young players you can train. Make sure you are using all 10 training slots. I suggest buy players that are good in their primary skills but are low on pace. You will get them cheaper and then you can just train all in pace. You can get a head coach with Unearthly Pace and that should set you up for 1 or 2 seasons.
Expand your stadium only when it's going full. Suggest you expand straight to seats under a roof along the length of the field. Suggest you build min. 10k seats at a time to save building costs.

3) Having 2-3 players is pointless. If you want to build a good jr. school that's fine but then go all in. Start by buying the coach as mentioned above. Train as many jrs. as you can but only if they're worth it. But 1st pls build your team up as mentioned above.

If you see my performance in league... i have a team wotthy enough to win without a sweat! But the thing is to decide whether should i keep schools or not.
If i can cut my expenses of 600k (since i earn in negative as an beginner), i can hire better head coach... so what will you do in my place?

I would buy a better head coach first.
Please could you share the skills of all your players as well as coaches.
It would be much easier to guide you.
Also please share your current jr. school.

Hello Pep, answering your last question, take a screenshot of your coach and assistants and upload it to an image server such as this one:
https://imgbb.com/

Then when you upload the image, share the link or url here

Regarding schools, it is never a bad business to open them, but improve your economy first. Before opening the academy, would you help us with the information on how much you are spending on players' salaries, how much on coaches' salaries, how much the stadium spends on maintenance, and how much on the academy, then tell us how much money comes in from sponsors weekly and how much the box office is when you play at home.
