I have scouted the best players of under 21 at moment and I must say there is a bad situation, worse than last time. Our best players are Swanimathan, Mayekar, Soma and Ankola plus Snehal that is eguaro's player... I hope the other ones can grow up like them, and I would like to give some tips again on how to give training.


First of all when you have some trainers they need unearthly training skills at least.
Plus you need the assistants with main skill as better as you can, paying as less as you can...

I give some requirements for being part of under 21 team at moment:

Gk: min 9 keeper
min 6 pace

Def: min 6 pace
min 8 defender

Defensive mid:
min 4 pace min 4 defender
min 2 technique min 4 playmaker
min 3 passing

Midfielder:
min 4 pace min 2 defender
min 3 technique min 5 playmaker
min 5 passing

Strikers:
Min 6 pace
Min 6 technique
Min 6 striker

My players Yogesh, Alok, Vijithshetty & Seshu will be of some help next season i.e. 2 ATT, 1 DEF & 1 GK. They have all joined my team last season so with another season of training you will see the difference.
Right now with only 2 managers with jr schools, it is a bit difficult.

My youth coach is brilliant (14) level. Given that I am not breaking even week on week (last season lost 15m INR); it will be difficult to upgrade.

The match engine is too harsh. I finished 3rd as opposed to fan expectation of 2nd ; the whole season struggled to fill the stadium. Hoping it is better this season otherwise I will need to sell 1 or 2 players.

what skills do your head and assistants have?

In my opinion a brilliant coach in youth school is more than enough. The most important thing is training of the main team. The players trained should be 10 to maximum 12, rotating them. And the coach that trains should have in the skills trained minimum unearthly. About the 3 assistants they should be general level 12 or maximum 13 is enough

About the economy in 1st indian league I think it s difficult about sponsors because of few active users

Your team is improving, you will surely be able to maintain your economy as your team grows, I continue to insist I still have a place to train in my team, I am really very interested in training 2 Indian players.

Head - brilliant (key skills are 16)

Assistant - brilliant / incredible / outstanding

Youth - brilliant

Last season the stadium attendance was lower than the season before that. This inspite of greater number of fans. The 50% weight on previous season’s performance is too high and too harsh. The penalty for coming 3rd instead of the fans expectation of 2nd shouldn’t be that high. Also understand that it doesn’t help that most games are against BOTs.

Nice debut vs a good team. I used a 5 3 2 tactic because I wanted to cover the defense and counterattack with Snehal and Mayekar, that he scored an hattrick! We have much potential, if we train well our players we can dream to qualify to World Cup one day. It s not impossible...

For teams participating in the world cup, what is the player's levels - typical striker/defender?

The most important thing is having players with balanced skills, no points of training wasted in other skills. A defender should be like this at least:


13 pace 14 defender
7 technique 7 playmaker
5 passing 1 striker


A striker:

13 pace 5 defender
13 technique 4 playmaker
3 passing 13 striker
