Exactly....! I don't know the exact way of calculation but it must be according to your division, league place, recent results etc
It works like this (really simple):
if you win a match against an opponent with a higher ranking, your ranking will rise more than when you win against a lower ranked team.

I think if you have money, take a look around the TL now, becouse the players are very cheap.
It is very useful to watch the transfer list a lot, becouse there is more chance to find good player for small price.
At selling:
If you advert your player(s) in the transfer forums of foreign countries, you will sll him(them) for bigger price.

Why do my defenders get a much higher rating playing for the national team than in the league???In some cases the difference is more than 5 points.

That's true... but wage depends on form too.... because wage depends on value too which depends on form... ;)
Why does it take so long for someone to get a team for the first time when they sign up for Sokker Manager?.....I see that there are 3 people waiting at the moment in India.
