JEANPIERRE
My name is Mirek, I`m 32 years old.
I`ve started my journey with sokker 2 years ago. In 7 seasons I`ve won my leagues 4 times. Altough my team was till now in III,01 I`m in 50 best team stats. I prefer overall training than training player in for example striking to divine level, when his pace and technique is on a very low level.
That`s why Pantarei is developing all the time, and players are very well trained.
I try to make my team play very spectacular and shoot many goals.
I`m a member of the first in SK Federation Green-Black, in which I`m now the main chairman - I`ve benn chosen for the second time.
NATIONAL TEAM
There`s already a database made - but it must be updated, new players are coming, all or going out...it`s normal.
Campaign will move after election for selector right now, have fairest players on purpose from individual leagues find.
First will searching out goalkeeper and defenders, second - midfenders, third - attakers.
Besides, at least 2 persons will be responsible for searching foreign league.
Players will be selected under corner of usefulness for team in present moment, as well as in future. Also base of sportsman will be prepared U-21.
Questionnaire will be sent for potential owners of representatives.
Questionnaire:
1.I express agreement on my projections of players in matches of representations:
a)Eliminatory and social
b)Only eliminatory
c)I don't make a agreement to play my player in NT.
2. If your player is in database, in his skills can have insgiht:
a)trainer and scouts
b) only trainer
3.It transferred informations abou jumps of my representatives:
a)For selector personally (scout) after each jump directly
b)For selector personally (scout) one on semi season.
c) selector (scout) must inform himself.
4. Other notes of owners of sportsmen
Tactic and crew will not be served composition before match from obvious respects. Potential rival can have at disposal for collection of information responsible persons also.
Analysis of game of group, individual sportsmen and it will be made tactic after each match. Besides, representative forum will be, which will be opened on proposals equal as well as criticism.
The National Team will contain only from players presenting hightest level and form.
The database will be made by assistants.
About player preferences - it's a looong thread.
I rather play offensively, with 4 defenders, but it depends on what players I'll have to use.
Defensive tactic must be checked in some friendly match in order to be prepared when we will have to play against for example Poland in World Cup.
Anyway, all opponents will be analised, so it's hard to say anything about tactics without knowing against who will India play. NT should play spectacular, win, and interest users.
There'll be also organised U-21 matches in order to check out what level India will present in future.
There'll be a thread on forum about NT, in which there'll be info about players, line up, new players in NT. After every match we'll analise it and say what went good and what went wrong, same with players.
GOALS OF NT
Previous manager played all the time with one tactic - which wasn`t a good idea. Tactic should be made against every opponent to use his weak sides. I`ll do everything to make India play spectacular football. There are players, now India needs good manager and assistants to make India become one of the best. And my experience and assitants guarantee it.
COMPETITIONS
At least once on two weeks there will be a competition, which winners could use their players in NTs friendly match.
ASSISTANTS
It`ll be about 10+ users, which will check out transfers international etc to search for India players, updates of database, choosing opponents for friendlies, making the competitions etc.
I would like to choose assitants from Poland and India.
SUMMARY
I won`t promise you, that India will win every match.
I won`t buy you PLUS for voting on me.
I can only promise one thing:
Hard work to make India one of the best NTs in the world!
