Subject: questions 4 prospective NT managers
In my opinion radek123 choice to the coach of India wasn't an evil with move. If you choose me I promise that you won't lose on it much on the contrary you will make a profit a lot. I will be trying to play with young people and I will be organising competitions.
Hello
*I won't say because I am the best
* I won't say I will build best team in sokker
* I won't say India Will be one of the greatest defensive offensive or goalkeaping team in sokker
*I won't say I take your players if You vote me.
I know that it's hard to make a Inia Team Good Team .
I know there is not many India Players in Sokker But I Will make all I can to make India Team averrage team in sokker with good tactic and players.
We Will Fighy With All Teams such as Poland Brazil Italy , No We Won't Run and Say We Can't Win . We Probably Lose but we Will Fighy for all our Heart.
So I Want To Say PLAY FOR YOUR HEART ;]

First of all, the main improvement is tactically. Radek was a good bloke who did a good job but I don't think his tactics were up to the mark. He needed to experiment a bit more and really look to get results. The Cymru match still sticks out vividly in my mind as a bit of a let down and it was the tactic that let us down. Tactically the NT manager needs to be very astute to get any sort of result against most teams. I definitely feel I can offer something in that department and I will grind out results in whatever way possible. The other game that was a real let down was the one against Nippon. That was a game that we really should have got something out of and again I have to point to the tactic. It was a defensive tactic that wasn't very effective defensively and gave us no options in attack. If you're playing a defensive tactic make it sound defensively (even if it means stacking the defense) and also still give attacking options (even if it's just 3 players really far up the field).
As Generaal mentioned, the first step is obviously a database. If I get elected I will create the database and watch over the training of each player. It will then be a case of tryign to fit the NT's plans for the player in with the club team's plans. I will also be looking to get as many people as possible involved and plan to set up a small competition involving the NT. I will also look at involving as many Indian managers as possible in the team, particularly the active one's such as yourself, slade and cricketboy. If anyone is interested I could delegate them roles of the database, NT scouting and player scouting and the like.
I will ensure that we have a friendly every week and try and play teams who we can compete with. The way for SK India's improvement is through their youths and I have seen about 3 or 4 good 18-19 year olds' over the last season who will advance the NT's level. I believe that if the player's receive the right training then India can progress. The other thing that is desperately needed is to encourage more and more players from India to take part in the game. The only way for this to really occur is to promote SK India through as many different avenues as possible and I will certainly undertake that task.
Best of luck to all the other candidates involved, Cloete.

Well so far only De Generaal and yourself seem like worthy enough candidates....keep it comin.
For India its all about development, ensuring the upcoming players are being trained properly, whilst on the global level India gets more awareness.
I have already mention that I like to experiment a lot, and losing is not option. I will always try to win or draw against stronger stronger opponents. Playing in the belief that you will lose will result in huge losses, whilst playing in the mind to win - you could pull of something special.
There is new national team tournament being organised, I would like India to participate for two main reasons - one we will learn about the new national teams and where they stand and how they are developing their players and secondly it allows us to analyse our players in the proper manner. Playing against poland will tell us very little, except that our players need a lot of work lol.
Looking at India's previous matches, its looks disappointing, we lost matches that we should have won and we lost them quite badly - probably because of the tactics - mainly player positioning.
Exporting Indian players will be an option, but i would rather them be here and the managers here focus on the national players training rather than their whole team - this is a big ask but i am sure a few managers would agree. A combination of local development and exporting will be necessary.

Even though me and Hoodiare in direct competition with each other (well were..). I'd haev to agree with him, Cloete and Generalll sound the best so far, prinicpally because they just seem to make the most sense. No offense to Radek, who did a good job, but i don't want him as NT manager again.
Look on the election's page and read the forum: as I said I will not candidate for second election, I would that you elect an indian member: slade or hoodibaba, if not it can be cloete who is helpeing indian comunity from the last season.
Only 5 days now till the result.
I'm very honoured my candidacy is considered seriously, however, after reading the preferences of the former NT and some other outsiders, I think I'm the underdog.
All I want to say that I'll be happy if the voting is decided on basis of the facts and I'm convinced the Indian managers will do so.
Good luck to all participants, and hopefully all the Indian managers will vote before next Sunday in order to have a democratic decision.
Thanks

India had quite a difficult group. Event thought they should have picked some points. The losses to spain were too big excpecially the 18-0 one the diffrence were too big. Biggest problem was probrally the lack of experience and tactical skill from the coach maybe time too. India should have scored some more goals and the 81 goals that were scored against you were really disapointing. With good tactic skill and time they should have been atleast 4 times lesser or even more.
1 thing that india really needs is a player database. That I would make and i have a quite big excperience and good tactical skills.

Only one of us are going to win? so for the losers what are ur plans? stick around here in the forums (would be nice) or just move on?.
Yeah I was here last season and I'll be here next season :)
It would be really interesting to see the NT perform under new leadership and as I spent about 6 to 8 hours a day online, I also could play a role in the scouting/searching on the transfermarket for interesting Indian players.
Maybe I am Not Perfect But Look At My Team There A Lot Of Young man. I'm gonna build team for net NT coach from player like 18-22 . We can't afford to build team from players in age 17- 29 they are too old and next season they wouldn't be good . So If you want to have good Nt team vote for me ;]
I dont know if you could find a lot players between 17-22 that are good - you can have them in the squad - to ensure the players are not lost, but u should really being playing to win.
So substituting a few young uns, playing them in friendlys and good rotation will be the idea of the NT coach.
