I dont know if you could find a lot players between 17-22 that are good - you can have them in the squad - to ensure the players are not lost, but u should really being playing to win.

So substituting a few young uns, playing them in friendlys and good rotation will be the idea of the NT coach.

Win You are joning India Will Never Win With Team Such as Poland and stop f***. If India Want to win You Should Build Team On a Young Players . In 2 or 3 seasons they would be able to fight with Poland Italy Germany and other NT. I wan't to make team Young Because Young Players Lern Everything Faster than Old Do. So Man If you think that You will win with everyone No comment . Good Luck For You
