I have 474 supporters and my stadium capacity is 3100.Should I expand my stadium capacity and where?

You could consider building 2000 seats on the long side (where now the standing places are).
Seats along the line are most profitable.

Seconded. At the very least, 1000, any less isn't worthwhile and not really economical.
