What's the average talent of juniors that you pull out? I wanted to gauge my juniors based on that so that it can be a good starting marker for me to predict the expected skill level when they come out of junior school. Additionally, can we start sharing the skill level when they came out of junior school so that it can be easier for new managers to understand what might be overall distribution of skills for say, an 'excellent' junior.

My guideline for jrs., see there age when they graduate from the school. Should be atleast:
16y- Good
17y- Solid
18y- Excellent
19y- Formidable
20y- Incredible

Average talent varied alot depending on the age.
