@Hoodibaba, this junior and Aayam Vijay are quite similar to each other with passing and playmaking skills swapped. Of course, Vijay has a head start in striking.

Similar but different.
Vijay was a Solid 16 yr old with better skills in pace and striker +3.
What was Arun's talent?
I don't think anyone will buy him. Maybe keep him as an extra to fill in places and also get little training.
You never know he might actually be good.

He came in the junior school with average skill, then his skill level fell down, then came up. He was in the school for 9 weeks in all and ultimately finished as average junior.

I'm planning to sell him as I don't have slots available in my team. I'll of course take in under the wings a more better Indian junior if I get him, preferably a defender since that's what I will be training for a few seasons. If I get a good junior who is a potential mid or striker, I'll straightaway sell him so that other managers can give him proper training.
