If you are not going to get an excellent 18 yr old, might as well sack him instead of training him and wasting money.
Nobody will buy him and he's useless to you as well.

@TES @Hoodibaba I can see these 3 players on TL. Let me know if I should buy any to train for NT? I'll be specifically looking at defenders i.e Subbarayan and Dasdidar.

@TES Also, please mention the NT rank of each of the players so that we can get a better overview of the standings of them For example, what's the rank of Subbarayan and Dasdidar among NT defenders?

Yes, those are in my list (value and wage).
Unfortunatelly thery are not good as I hoped.

Ranganathan not usefull
Subbarayan could be trained as defender, he needs passing - rank #9
Dasdidar could be trained as striker, he needs technique - rank #6

I ask for other players to be put on TL. but it seems they are worthless players, not NT prospects.

Anyway, should I bid for either of them as I can sell one of my defs to buy one of them (Either of Dasdidar/Subbarayan as def). Like, is it worth training them?

None of them are NT calibre.
Maybe good enough for your team. You can buy them cheap, train them and they will help you reach the top league.
But they aren't good enough for the NT.

I already have better and younger defenders than them so I'll take a pass unless they are NT calibre. It seems not.

Now they are not strong enought for NT.
They could be ready next season.... maybe... it depends on training results...

I found a buyer, my friend Cinghs made an offert.
He is able to train them Well ;)

I too had a word with cinghs and he mentioned that he was willing to train Subbarayan for atleast 3-4 seasons. He certainly can come in handy in the next season for those few odd games when many of our country 21 yo players won't be available. Meanwhile, I too have drafted in Dasdidar and plan to give him an official game every week so that he too can act as a back-up in the following season if need be.

Train him in tec or pace if you can.
