Subject: Youth Players
Peter Sagar, age: 18
club: Lagends FC, country: India
value : 3 175 000 Rs.
wage: 48 750 Rs.
very good form
tragic tactical discipline
height: 193 cm, weight: 89.4 kg, BMI: 24
tragic stamina tragic keeper
poor pace very good defender
hopeless technique adequate playmaker
adequate passing adequate striker
Last week he was formidable but this week dropped to very good, so I don't know what to make of him.
He's not very talented either. Somewhere between 4.5-6 weeks.
I think it would be better to train him as a defender myself to see what his talent really is. Unless someone else is interested and wants to buy him.

Great news. Congrats Bonanza on getting your next NT prospect mid after Satwant. Brilliant job on training front :)
Satwant, Saini, later Surnilla and perhaps Jinendra may be the future in midfield. These players will be coached by my friend Bonanza, for which I thank him very much!
I think Tarif Subbarayan and Raman Najeeb too might have a chance in the midfield. Of course, I don't know their current skills now but when they came out, they had chance as mids.
Yes, Najeeb and and Subbarayan in futurue U21 midfielders too.

I think it would be better to train him as a striker.
If someone can train him in technique till end of next season he will probably be atleast very good in pace, tech and striker.
Then by the time he's 21 he can be Formidable x 3.
Plus being good in def will also help him up front especially in the U21 team.
Please consider selling him to someone who will train strikers.

The next great NT defender
Thanks for the skill update in SK-mail both of you.
Let's just see the new players. I think Ujjwala is not good enough, not worth keeping.
Yashodhan is a very good talent. Of course, for a defender he is excellent, a little thoughtful about his very high playmaking skill. You could also train as a midfielder, but he currently have a low pass skill, you may not be able to find a user who has been training pass skill for a long time. Overall, it will be a very good decision to train him as a defender.
Pavan: Yes, actually both paths are walkable, to train as a defender or to train as a striker. If you decide to sell, I can buy him and I can train, there will be technique training at my club for most of next season.
Congratulations to both of you, nice players from the youth academy, you both did a very good job.

Yes I agree Ujwala doesn't look that great. However in my experience when I have place to train players I train them. Sometimes they do surprise and turn out to be gems.
Even Zev was low in talent high on skill. His talent was 5 weeks in the jr. school. But now, even after playing 4 seasons he still pops about twice in 3 weeks.
Yashodhan I will train as a defender then once he reaches the limit of def training he can be trained in Mid.
Currently Zev is magical in Def and might just hit unearthly by the end of the season. Next season will train him in Pace. Once I switch over back to defending again I will look to sell him to a coach that trains MID. He will be about 23yrs old then. He will anyway be a Defender in the NT, with mid training he can become a Def-Mid as well.
It would be great if you can train Pavan in tech. We don't need more defenders but really need good strikers.

I thought maybe because of poor tech with age of 18, he won't have a chance as a striker. But if you feel he has it in him to be a striker, I can sell him today itself. Otherwise, I can easily train him as a defender.
Yashodhan looks awesome by the way, also has the ability to fill in the spot for mids because we don't have many. Either a def/mid.
