Skill - Incredible. With 1 more week he could have popped to brilliant.

Though his highest skill is striker, he's too old and his pace and tech are too low to train him as striker.
I think he would be best suited as a mid.
I plan to train him in Def for the rest of this season since that's what I'm training and 1 or 2 pops will do some good. Then a little stamina, followed by pace. Once his pace comes to about very good I will sell him to someone training passing. So in the 1st half of next season will sell him.

Or do you think it would be better to start training him in passing from now?

I think he could be striker. If you sell him now I will buy. I can make place for him in my team.

Some of other striker not talented in my team (for example: Suravinda...). So this new player will good for my team. In this season will pace and then technique trainings.

I think his tech is too low. Wouldn't it better to raise his pace and passing to make him a nice mid? For strikers, I think you really need to have strong speed, tech and striking. He'll need a whole season of pace training to go very good/excellent and even if you consider that he might get a random pop in tech in that duration, he'll still be just weak in tech by the time he becomes 21.

Sreekanthan needs pace and many more technique. I train pace in this season and then technique. But if somebody over bid me I will let him.

I think both these players can be future NT strikers.

How about Meyappan being the primary goal in your training? If you could switch to goalkeeping training the current biggest problem about the future of the U21 would be solved: we would find a GK coach user in your person. That would mean a lot to the U21. Unfortunately, Lavanya is developing much more slowly because he doesn’t get a full match in either week. Meyappan would develop much faster with a GK coach, becoming the Number One goalkeeper by the end of next season. After that, Lavanya will be 22 years old, so for the next WCQ season Meyappan would be a perfect (divine level) goalkeeper for U21.
