@KautukP - I thought that maybe Revathi could go on your team because he has a big lag in pace skill. His other skills are fine, they may have a good chance of playing in U21 later (only 19 years old).

You train pace skill, and if you undertake Revathi’s training, Bonanza going to put him on transfer list. What do you think?

I would've bought him but I literally don't have any space in the team currently. I too am trying to sell Dinkerrai but I'm getting this message:

The player has rejected the chance to go on the transfer list. He feels he deserves another chance.

I have no idea what's the expectation in Rs but I'm assuming that it's a lot. Regardless, the owner can try listing him and see if gets sold at that price. He can be a good replacement for one of my 1st team defenders but I don't want to commit anything yet.

If you sell Aman Lath or Harvinder Premkumar you could make place for Revathi :) I think Lath and Premkumar will never play in U21. I think it's better to give a chance for Revathi.

I'm looking at Lath and Premkumar from a long-term perspective and not necessarily for U21. Revathi's skills are all over the place unfortunately, he is solid in passing but just average in playmaking and he's 19. Premkumar on the other hand is excellent in passing and good in playmaking(might go to solid in pm in the near future) whereas Lath's skills are nicely aligned for a striker, my job is to just raise him up at a good enough level and then hope that he gets a nice striker trainer in his next club. As Premkumar grows, I can even play him in my 1st team.
The larger the player pool we create, the better it will be even for senior NT and so I don't want to limit it to just U21. There could be scenarios where some really good players receive poor trainers and mediocre players might receive great trainers.

I will take Munusamy off your hands.
If you like I can sell Zev to you in exchange. Since you train Pace, he would be a great fit for you.
He will probably sell for at least 6 mil euro. I will put him on the TL for 0.

We see the case of Premkumar very differently. Based on his skills, he is completely unsuitable for a striker. Even if you think long term, it will never become a striker either. His current striker's main skills: 6-2-6 and 20 years old. Check out Bungo Arora’s skills next to him: 9-2-8 and he’s only 17 years old! You see the difference, don't you?

Premkumar could clearly be a midfielder if it were worth dealing with. But since Indians 18-19 are already better than him, that’s why I’m claiming he won’t be a usable player in any position. The reason for this is that at the age of 20, his technique is level 2 (unsatisfactory). That is very little.

Please don’t be angry that I see this that way, but I don’t think it’s worth dealing with Premkumar. However, we do not have to be of one opinion.

Yes 6-2-6 for a 20 yr old striker isn't good enough even if you train him for 10 seasons. He will never be an NT striker.

Yes better you sell Bungo Arora if you can't give him technique training.

I suggest you put Munnusamy up for sale. I will buy him and you will get cash as well. Any time between 1900 & 2000 is best for me. You can do it tonight also.
I prefer to put my players on the TL on Thursday night, so will wait till Thursday to sell Zev. That way he'll also get another week of Def training.
