Subject: Youth Players
I used so much effort to raise Shibu Nayak in pace but now he's been just sacked like that by the manager. I feel he could have been a decent player if he would have been trained in defending.
This user (Dharma) does in many cases what is detrimental to U21. I’ve also noticed in previous seasons that he buys more Indian players who then don’t play on his team. Dharma: there is in him some "mania" about India based its name, isn't it the word that Dharma means something? Plus, he’s a Hungarian user, I’ve written to him several times to give me skills about the players, and other times I’ve written not to buy an Indian player if he doesn’t play them then - he never answered anything, even though he is Hungarian, just like me. I repeat, it is a very harmful Dharma activity to collect Indian players who are then lost to U21 because they don’t play and don’t give up skills about them either. There was also the fact that in the case of a valuable Indian player, a bidding war had to be fought against Dharma so that he would not buy the player because it must have been bad for U21. Unfortunately, nothing can be done about such malicious users ... We can't force him not to buy Indian players ...
He won’t win anything with this, but U21 is unfortunately losing some players because of him.
Ok, I've complained about him to Clau and requested him to ban the user from buying Indian players. Let's see. Can you write a similar mail to Clau since you are the coach of U21 NT. It will carry more weight as well.

So I checked my transfer history, Dharma has bought 5 players from my club till now for not a lot of money, 4 have been sacked already and 1 is still in his team. From Lagends, he has been able to buy players the likes of Soodaramoorthy and Ujesh though but I'.m not sure about the training they got in his club. The good thing is, he didn't sack them. He hasn't bought any player from Stevens yet
I guess the players he eventually buys and then sacks or doesn't play are not very great for his standard but he shouldn't buy them if he's anyway going to sack them. It's pointless.
