For me, none of the players are good enough

Remember that also the training settings changed, and the lowest levels will grow fastest that they use to, but the highest levels will take much more time than they use to. This means maybe, with some basic training, the players will be balanced faster.

I’ll go for the second 16 yo, the goalkeeper seems good too.

Virani for now needs technique urgent, after that you could choose to train him as mid or att, is up to you and if you want to complement the NT with whatever is needed at the moment.

Yes I will train technique and then see how he's shaping up. But he'll need at least 20 weeks of tech training I think.

I have a similar players and also requieres a lot of the unique, lucky for us the training system changed and for now he plays as a mid because that position is training what he needs.
For now I think I might get eliminated from the national cup in first round, but my priority is training youth players.
