I think the coaches should be replaced with better coaches. I remember that his coaches were not good enough. Please help Stevens with what coaches he should hire instead of the ones he has now.

The highest priced player that I have sold was Sandip Shaukat for 3 246 250 $ Mukunda from Stevens is ahead by quite a margin.

What coaches do you currently have?

First is my main coach. The next three are assistants. I'm training pace. Most of my trainees are 9-10 in their main skills and low in pace. My strategy is to bring their pace level to their equivalent main skill (9-10), then sell and replace them with slightly higher main skills (11-12) and low in pace. Hope this is a good strategy.

You could improve your main coach overall skill to incredible and above so that even the secondary skills of the players you are training will increase more rapidly. Your strategy of training purely on pace seems good but then I don't understand why you need 40 players in your team. I would recommend cutting down on player numbers so that you'll have to pay lesser salary and increase profit margin even more.

Then buy an unearthly jr. coach.
If you have any money left buy a magical main coach.

Nope, you can train at max 10 players for all the 3 games. Please check the training rules again, you'll get a better idea. Even I would have followed a similar plan as you if that was the case :)

Now, that's a very good trainer staff. I would say even the wages are not too bad, Anthony Setra is a bit pricy but that's fine.

You can give only 10 players advanced training. I hope you have visited the training page and chosen the 10 players to get advanced training along with the type of training.

That's a decent coaching line up. Assuming 1 of the magical coaches is your jr. coach.
The next time you get a lot of money buy an unearthly jr. coach and upgrade your stadium.
