Hi! it seems a good player, I don´t think he will make to the NT but you don´t have to train every player to be NT. As a recommendation, you could train until you find something better to use that spot, I´m sure we will have better players. If not, as long as he is useful for your team it will be right to train him pace for the 2 seasons you are willing to do.

We have 2 important players of 18yo in the NT, others are being watched and followed to see how they improve, Vellanski could help us if he is well trained. Now our 18yo players are way better than him but definitely he could make it as a backup player.
