Sampath Raviram train him pace until formidable, and then train him defense. It will be great that he could be formidable (11) pace and excelent (10) defefense beginning next season.

Sujoy Mukund train pace to excelent, then rotate technique and playmaker until both of them are excelent too. I don´t think Mukund could make it to the NT next season, but maybe we might need him in his 21 yo.

You can try training Raviram, although I don't think his skills are good enough to make the U21 NT.
You can keep Mukund as a backup player just to fill in empty slots in friendlies. If you have enough players then sack him because nobody will buy him.

I will train Raviram and see where that takes him. I had planned to fire Mukund, will go ahead with that.

BTW - what should be the skill levels of the assistant coaches for an effective training program.

Mine are all magical. That should be your ultimate goal but for now see what you can afford.

Sell Shalaby & Raviram

Instead of selling them, you can keep them as backup players just to fill empty slots incase of injuries because you currently have only 20 players and I doubt you'll get much for them anyway.
