Inmediately pace, after one season of that, you could decide if he could be a mid or striker. For now, I would say that in the NT we need urgent mids, but he can wait sometime to see what you will continue to train him.

He was amongst the first recruits in the youth team. My first coach wasn't incredible (as i couldn't afford one then), so i can't measure talent reliably.

I need to sell, as i can't train goal keeping.

Yes! of course. Now you can train him pace and at the end of the season decide if MID or ATT, but for sure we don´t much players of his age. He will be important for the NT, we don´t have many players.
