I think it is lacking, but the authorized opinion is eguaro for the U21 to compare the level it is currently at.

I don’t have advanced training slots. At best I can provide a few weeks off normal pace trading & see where it goes.
The player is 19 at end of season, I fear it’s too late to train.

Had him for just a week where he popped once.
Considering he will be 17 next wekk, I don't think he's good enough.
If anyone has empty training slots, it might be worth training him in pace for half a season to see how talented he is.
