I will train him only in pace, technique and striker skills until he reach a good level in both skills. This is an Italian player so low chances to reach national team, so I can get from him reselling after 4-5 seasons 2-3 M euro.
In your case you can get also 6 M euro...

i am inclined to sell (lack of pace is concerning me). Let me know your thoughts.

It will take me 2.5 seasons to get his pace to acceptable levels. I will try selling him on TL, hopefully someone buys him ;)

Yes the problem is that in the next 6 weeks I will get 5 more juniors that should be NT material.
