And my junior,according to his age and talent he isn't a bad one and he can makes his way to NT if he'll be trained properly.In my school he poped every 4 wk and once in 3 wk.

And by the way he's been transfer listed,interested managers can bid him.

With the current standard it will be difficult to get him into the NT.
Maybe in 2 and a half seasons when other MIDs don't show any progress, he could have a small shot at U21. A very small chance
