The talent can be discovered by keeping track of the time between popping in Junior school.

3 weeks between each pop is very talented.
Beyond 5 weeks is considered to be not talented.

I think its time to use this subject about Juniors again. More and more promising Juniors come out of the Indian schools !

This is what I call a good prospect. Kudos to Priyo of having what I beleive the best Junior School in India. He has given few of the best players we have in the NT, both the forwards.

Compare that to mine and Generaal would agree I have been plagued with few of the most stupid and really UNtalented juniors I have ever seen :)

Still waiting to give the NT a good junior. By the way what was this guys overall skill before he left teh YA?? Must have been there for more than 30 weeks for sure.
