Looks like Rajputs and RKFC are going to be doing pretty well for the next 3 seasons.

If you keep him, make sure you grade up your trainer-staff.
You have to make sure he gets the right amount of general training to get his side-skills up also.
I'm thinking about 3 assistants of at least outstanding/incredible and a main coach with the 3 ATT skills (pace/technique/striking) on unearthly.

For the striker you might want to have playmaking and defense on your main coach aswell. Those skills are really making the difference in a match.
If a defender hesitates to pass and your striker has some defender skill, he might recover the ball again. With playmaking he will be able to run in the free space better. Anticipation helps.
