I suppose you are talking about Avinash Charu [23676300], because you didnt post the name or age.

Please give him lots of pace and technique. Striker is less important skill because it is undervalued by the match engine (if striker skill effect would be as strong as defender skill is, all matches would end 20-16, 18-17, etc. So the weight of striker skill in scoring goals has been decreased in order to make results near real life match scores).

Just fire Satish Yalamanchi. He has only one valuable skill... all the rest are too low. Training for him would be useless even if he is talented.

Roberto Choudhary is a GREAT PLAYER! please give him Pace and Technique (in that order of importance).

Karamjit Sangem is a nice one, eventhough I dont think he will make it to the U21 NT... he is 19 and doesnt have that time to improve.
If you train Pace for Roberto Choudhary, then Sangem would also receive good training.

Louis Elango seems to have a great future!

Please give him Pace and Tecnique (in that order of importance). We still dont know if he will be defender, striker or midfielder.

If you train the player for midfielder, he would use almost every skill so you'll have to design a more complete training schedule (changing the skill you train every two pops, for example). That would be great! But if you plan to make him a Defender or Striker, then you have less skills to train. Anyway, delay this decision would be the best option, and you can perfectly do this by training Pace and Tecnique (because both skills are usefull for all three postions).

Its a petty he has tragic tecnique and 18 years old. This ruins him as a midfielder, defender or striker, and bringing this skill to normal levels is too difficult and takes too much time. Remember he is almost 19 by now.

Indeed a player with U21 possibilities, Priyo is training technique currently, hopefully he has pace training in his program also.

Player have talent. That is a hidden skill... you should calculate it to know how fast he can improve.

Talent tells you how fast a player can learn.
