Avinash Uttanka IS VERY COMPLETE for having 17 years old and according to you he seems talented! He should be a superstar in the future.

Naushad Ravikiran hasnt got great skills, but he is 16. I guess that considering skill level distribution, he should be striker or defender, but never midfielder. Never train playmaker or passing for him. Playmaking is very low and training him in playmaking would be a waste of time. Passing will pop sufficiently with general training. I recomend you train pace and tecnique, so you can decide later if you make him a defender or a striker.

Melwyn Manoranjan seems to be a good player. Please try to calculate his talent. He should be trained in Pace urgently.

Pace training would also be good for Hekmat Abhijit

I will definitely be training pace and technique for a few seasons now coz half my team is below 22 yrs and will greatly benefit. As for Avinash and Naushad, I will see how they pop and decide at a later stage what position to play them in.
