its impossible to have "2 weeks talent"... it simply doesnt exist.

Talent is not calculated like "total weeks divided by number of pops"... you have to draw the graph, normalize it (make it a rect), and determine its slope.

Anyway... it seems to be a great player. Train him a lot because he has a great future. Give him passing first if you plan to sell him (he will surely pop almost every week because skill level is too low).

Now u pls calculate and tell me what his talent will be

talent calculation gives 2,55

But we know that such a talent doesnt exist (because it didnt exist in previous youth system when talent calculation was 100% accurate) ... so this result has two explanations:

1) coach estimation of junior level has an error margin and its reflecting in the talent calculation result.
2) normalization of a curve into a rect also has a very big error margin, and its reflecting in the talent calculation result.

Anyway... such a result tells us the player is very talented indeed... but for sure his talent is, at least, 3.

How do u make a graph into a rect?????

In MS Excel you should use a function called Linear Estimation.

What the function does is to convert a curve into a rect by calculating a sort of "average position" corresponding to every point of the curve. It has a very big error margin, but its the most accurate method to calculate talent.
