Other managers don't reply to my request for updates

i sold him and recieve 295 million to 'the outsider.'(sold at 307 million)

Its a Transfer Record-I dont think even DG would have had made such a Transfer.

He needs a lot of training in pace and passing but if he has a good talent then he will make it to the NT

Only if you train on pace, its worth keeping him.
If not I suggest selling immediately, before he turns 18.
