It seems to me he can be a useful MID, trained on pm and tech.
But also training on (mainly) defending and pace is on option.

He was a GK in the jr school. If you think I shoud train him in DEF then I can do that coz I'm training DEF right now.

Considering his pace skill at his age, I'm not sure he is worth further serious training. But maybe I'm wrong, priyo knows better about youngsters database on def position...

I considered that but atleast he might be a decent sub when 1 of my main players gets injured.

wish he had very good pace than technique, but, his other skills are good.

Pace pops in 3 or 4 weeks, if he has reasonable talent. From level 1 till 10 (excellent) will take at least 30 weeks, then he is almost 22 yrs.... I don't think he will be a great asset to your team.
