He is for sale already !
I train def, I could buy him
2015-12-01 09:51:29
He needs a lot of pace at first place. Also some tech and pass would be nice since he is good for wb position. Considering his height and playmaking he is not promissing as central def.

My youngster taken from nowhere and built from the scratch now is looking quite good

Tomba Joshi, Age: 18

adequate stamina hopeless keeper
solid pace very good defender
adequate technique average playmaker
hopeless passing average striker

He is still trained in def and pace

He is very tallented, jumped in def on solid after 2, and on very good after 3 trainings. I'll train him few seasons more and I hope he will play in NT some day.

Deepak Daryapurkar, age: 17, height: 188 cm
value: 3 225 000 Rs., wage: 48 750 Rs.
club: Lagends FC, country: India
very good form, tragic tactical discipline

tragic stamina, hopeless keeper
good pace, tragic defender
good technique, good playmaker
poor passing, adequate striker

A very talented striker. Anyone want to buy him?
2015-12-17 11:33:59
Maybe Wiki himself ? I think he trains pace ?
2015-12-17 19:50:42
Yes, I train pace this season. I think he should be sold to some striker's trainer. Pace is not most important for him at the moment, tech and str is.
I can train some fine India defs with pleasure if only good opportunity happen

I contact with Hoodibaba, interested to take him
2015-12-18 09:29:14
Pace is important for any young player !
At later age it will go much slower compared to other skills and next to that his chances of u21 diminish.

Yes, but pace can be trained in any club. All the trainers trains pace, no matter what speciality they represent. Defs trainers trains pace, stikers trainers trains pace, mids trainers trains pace, even keepers trainers trains pace.

Therefore primary skills are most important to train first. F.ex. 20yo player with magical pace and very good str and tech is not that valuable like 20yo player with magical str and tech and very good pace. Pace can be trained anywhere, primary skills not.

Look - player is capable to play in U-21 during very short period of his career (let's say 2-3 seasons). In senior NT - even 10 seasons. If proper training for senior NT must cost player absence in U-21 - so be it.

I fully disagree..... sure this player has to go to a striker trainer, but if not available to a pace trainer.

First of all a striker without pace won't make U 21, so won't get extra training. Probably only plays on Wednesday and receives lowest possible training.

If such player is trained on pace at later age he won't reach NT either before he is 27-28. So your last argument about the period being available for NT doesn't apply. Reaching the levels unearthly/divine/superdivine will take almost a complete season at older age. There are not many managers training pace for 3 seasons in a row. The amount of older players with a minor level of pace (magical or lower) in the Dutch NT-database is huge.

Next to that you are talking about value of a player in the period he is still trained. In my eyes irrelevant: the value becomes only important if he is sold. As you said, a striker trainer trains pace also, so he won't sell a very good pace/tech with magical striking yet.

As NT manager I prefer the value is expressed as value for his country not in expressed in money.

Do you really believe that Hoodibaba's last announced player has chance to play in U-21 frequently? I don't. All esential skills are to low. We achieve nothing special for U-21 by giving him only pace training now.

I believe he has chance to play in senior NT if he will be trained properly. At what age? Let it be even at age 27-28 like you said. It sounds good to me. He can play to age 33.

Player who was "born" with one high essential skill is easier to be prepared for U-21. It is obvious. If he has excellent str and good tech, we must train him pace. If he has excellent pace, we must train him str and tech. Players with all 3 skills on low-middle level are promissing only for senior NT in my opinion.

I'm respecting your opinion and I know I'm not the only one who is always right. Maybe I'm wrong. I admit I don't know really a lot about India U-21 database. It is priyo's knowledge. Maybe youngsters like Hoodibaba's player are promissing for India U-21, we must ask priyo.

I'm just writing my general opinion, decissions about U-21 supported by knowledge must be taken by U-21 coach.

Alisha Konkar, age: 18, height: 174 cm
value: 6 012 500 Rs., wage: 78 750 Rs.
club: New Gunner, country: India
very good form, tragic tactical discipline

poor stamina, hopeless keeper
solid pace, solid defender
adequate technique, tragic playmaker
excellent passing, adequate striker

I think Deepak should be trained in Pace first, maybe till he reaches formidable or outstanding. I guess He'll be 19 yrs old by then.
Next in striking. Hopefully, he would have popped to solid striking by the time he reaches outstanding pace. So maybe at 21 he'll be outstanding in striking. With a another few random pops in pace he might be incredible or brilliant in pace, and maybe his technique would have popped to excellent or formidable.

So he might just get a few games at U21 but he would be well on course to being an NT player.

As you'll rightly said he'll probably be good enough for the NT only around 27 yrs, but that's ok. Something's better than nothing. I have some more good looking jrs lined up. I'll post them in the other forum.

I think, Deepak Daryapurkar, aged only seventeen yrs, should go to a striker trainer, if he trains (talent is imp) properly,..means train Pace, Tech & Striking equally,... he can be played into U21 NT. any other trainer, obviously train him pace, but after that, he sell him & there is no any possibility he can go to a good trainer.
