Subject: Coaches level

I've seen there is a topics like that in canadian sokker,I'd like to see in Indian sokker.So I requested all the managers of Indian sokker to show what is the level of their coaches:

Yeah, but after almost 2 years of play you'll see your team also can reach that level.
At the moment you probably already have one of the highest levels of coaching staff of India.

To have a healthy economical situation I always compare the amount of money I receive from sponsors to my expenses on salaries.
At the moment the salaries are a bit higher than the sponsor-money, which I try to compensate with the income of my Junior-academy.

Sriram,I think you are Indian origin.Had you played in India,it would have been better for Indian NT.Your coaches are so well.

The Indian nation and leagues weren't created when I started playing, unfortunately.

Are you from kolkata?tollygunge is a place of south kolkata and also a team playing in kolkata league.

How many assitants do u have?

1. Do i need more?

3 Assistants ( 2 more) is always better.
But looking at your squad its also wise to buy a few young players to train.
