In this topic new Indian users can be posted for the mentor program.
Also I will post once in a while the highest placed 3rd Division bot-teams, those teams will be replaced by new users.
From my experience a lot of them don't log in (around 75%). The problem is that the activation mail send by the admins doesn't always reach the new user (mostly in case of hotmail or gmail adresses).
For an approach from my own email account, I asked an administrator to forward me all the new email-adresses, but he said that wasn't allowed.
I guess we have to keep sending every new user a welcome letter by SK-mail ...
