Offcourse I'm applying for another season as NT manager of India !
Next season the focus is on expanding the number of talented players. My role in this will be the coördination of the Juniors in the database. This database is weekly updated by me (as you all know) with the help of the active Indian managers. Next season a lot of outstanding and even some brilliant Juniors will come out. Its time to harvest from the invested money in the better Junior-coaches !
As always I will help the active managers with looking/recruiting for better coaches for less wages (as far as their budget is sufficient...).
The NT itself : we will play qualification-matches for the World Cup. In a group of 6 nations I expect us at least to finish in 4th place. Against the big teams (first 30-34 Nations in the World Ranking) we won't stand a chance, but the other Nations (places 35-70) are beatable.
Considering, when I started as NT manager of India only Hong Kong was below us in the ranking, and the fact the players are still making great progress, at the end of next season I expect India to find themselves between the 50 best countries in the world !

Thanks, it wasn't a great match from India, but Honduras did good to score three times !

I'm following India closely and I can tell you that your NT is doing a tremendous job. It's not a matter of if but of when India will reach the top 50. ;-)
I have seen INDIA perform admirably well when playing against stronger opponents.....Just some classic TACTICS.....
Thats what friend, it won't be long before you see us there. We are in able hands and are coming up with few awesome youngsters.

Last season we started to build on a NT-staff with bhaveshrajput (scout) and andy_bond (communication)
I'm thinking about expanding the NT-staff and particularly on scouts for GK+DEF, MID and ATT-players.
These scouts can play an active role in searching for new players, updating players in the database and advising the managers on which skills the player should best be trained.
Bhavesh has the first choice of which line of players he takes under his guard (probably defenders ?).

You can keep Defenders & Keepers with me.However I am still happy being Scout for all players.Its upto you

The scouts can grow into their role in the next season, before the database gets too big for 1 scout to handle it.
Its important that all players get the same amount of attention, especially when a player is trained "wrong" we have to be alert to try and correct the manager.
With splitting the scouting staff into 3 sections, I hope we can overcome this.
The role of the scouts will become more active towards the owner of the player, but he will have a smaller group of players to make it easier.
The scouts can grow into their role in the next season, before the database gets too big for 1 scout to handle it.
