Subject: [NT] De Generaal

In the future more and more players will come into the database.
The scouts can grow into their role in the next season, before the database gets too big for 1 scout to handle it.
Its important that all players get the same amount of attention, especially when a player is trained "wrong" we have to be alert to try and correct the manager.
With splitting the scouting staff into 3 sections, I hope we can overcome this.
The role of the scouts will become more active towards the owner of the player, but he will have a smaller group of players to make it easier.

Election started, offcourse I'm running again !
Really looking forward to play with a combination of the talented youngsters (see last match against Guatemala) and the older guys. Probably we'll be taking part in a mini World Cup.

Hoodibaba is taking over andy bond's (he's too busy) position of communication officer for new managers.
Its difficult to keep new managers interested in the game, in the beginning its a bit overwhelming. Hopefully Hoodibaba can point them in the right direction.
