what does this "up" mean?? :)
I have seen quite a few people scrap this!!

Its takes the topics into first

by typing in a topic, it comes 'up' in the list of topics :)
So if you type something in a topic on page 3, it will become the 1st topic on page 1 of the topic list. This can be usefull if someone is looking for a certain topic which he doesnt find or with transfer topics :) But sometimes it has no use and it is only annyoing :)

Some people dont have inspiration and just type 'up' instead of something funny (but basically you can type whatever you want)
