Does anyone of you have any idea about which NT team plays with Best defensive tactics.
It should be such that team should manage to win on Counter attacks.
Please advise

You didn't get many nibbles. :S
The "best" defensive tactics are very situational. It depends on the players on both sides, and what approach your opponent is taking.
There isn't necessarily a correlation between scoring on the counter-attack and the quality of the defensive approach. A counter-attack implies you have allowed the opponent to gain your zone. Some of the best defensive approaches seek to avoid that. Scoring on the counter usually implies you have at least one strong technical player (winger or striker).
There are a lot of very good tactics used at the NT level. I would recommend you look at some of Israel's matches from the last bout of qualifying. Sharoni (IMO) often had the approach of taking away the center of the field, and forcing the opponent to beat them wide. That's a strong approach in a young league like yours where teams don't have highly developed wingers.

אבל אם הוא רוצה לראות טקטיקה שלוחצת על מרכז המגרש ומחייבת את הקבוצה היריבה לשחק רחב מוזמן להסתכל על הטקטיקות של ישראל בזמן ששרון היה מאמן הנבחרת
