אימון לא ברור לחלוטין. אני מאמן הגנה - אפס (0) עליות בהגנה, שלוש (3) עליות בטכניקה ועוד אחת במהירות, אחת בהבקעה ואחת בסטאמינה. הכל עולה חוץ מהתכונה המבוקשת. אולי אני צריך לאמן מסירות ואז יהיו עליות בהגנה
