נשמע כמו ארז האיטלקי ‎;-) I think u have a lot of things in common with your israelic opponent

I also think that MIDs are the most important inthe game and I love to play offensive, becouse in sokker and soccer the target is to make goals, and i perfer the win 4-3 of 1-0 (but I don't like to play with 3 attackers, I think that it make the DEF and the MIDs more weak (weaker?) and 4-5-1 can be offensive to)

well.. I like you :)

Good luck mate
:-)

thanks!!! :)

1) Why Israel?
first of all I decided I wanted to coach an emerging sk country.
I chose Israel because I watched some games and I thought the team is young and well developable. also, I thought the israelian community, due to the history of israeli people, should be very cooperative and willing to work together to reach a common goal. quite the contrary of italian people indeed :)

2) This upcoming season its a friendly season , what are your plans for this season?
this makes me suppose the moment is right. I'd use the season to know better israeli managers and database of players, build up a bunch of 30-35 top players and a good group of young promises to grow according to a proper training program. more, it would give me a chance to let israeli managers get in touch with my tactics, my way of playing and relate with others.

3) What are your plans off the field , how will you work , alone? do you have a stuff to work with?
as I said before, I'd surely work with a staff made up at least of 1 vice-coach and 4 scouts. actually I'd like to involve more people, but maybe for a community of 200-250 managers that would be the right number, to work more efficiently.
I'd like to involve in the process the higher number of israeli managers I can, I really like the idea of using an NT as the boost for enthusiastic growth of a national community. however, if I can't reach the number for the staff with israeli managers I'll ask for help to a couple of italian really great managers.

4) One of the most importent thing in our eyes is the connection with our community , what are your plans for that , how do you plan to keep us involve? (if you planed so at all)
oh well, you're inviting me to a wedding party with this question :D
my "character" on the italian forum is an humorous guy, describing all my players as real flesh-made athletes, but a bit strange, everybody with their characteristics over-marked to make a caricature.
for instance, I had a player named Jerzy Domagala who spoke in renaissance italian language, my matchwinner Niels Ducruet is normally mocked by supporters because he's a cry-baby, my NT winger Marzio Cicaloni babbles because he's always drunk, the coach of my team is my cat Uccio and can prepare a good tactic for the game only if he has enough fish-bones and cheese remainings :)
you can see the "style" on my last communicate celebrating the win of the FA cup :)
I'd like to put on something like that for israeli NT players too, just to start, and to post pictures and tell tales about them to make them well known and identifiable.
the handicap is that I don't understand israelian, so this is another good reason to work together with israeli managers ;)

I like the way he describes himself and, being a musician, I like the fact he's a writer :)
unfortunately I can't understand anything more in his thread :D

Next season is a friendly one, what are your goals for it?
2008-09-16 12:14:37
I answered before to this question, but I report it all:

2) This upcoming season its a friendly season , what are your plans for this season?
this makes me suppose the moment is right. I'd use the season to know better israeli managers and database of players, build up a bunch of 30-35 top players and a good group of young promises to grow according to a proper training program. more, it would give me a chance to let israeli managers get in touch with my tactics, my way of playing and relate with others.

Do you prefer getting Israel higher ranked or you intend playing some competitions? (Mini WC and U-21 WC )
2008-09-16 12:25:18
I'd totally prefer playing competitions, real games are the best to achieve useful informations. I really don't mind about ranking, if you take a look at it Italy is at the first place but no-one here could ever think we have a better NT team than Poland.
specially the U21 WC would be very useful, since young players are much nearer to their same-aged opponents than older players are, and tactic could really make some difference.
I think an important thing would be to increase the number of managers introducing friends to the game and, if this is not possible, to increase places in the youth school for each manager. but this is not my job, my job would be to work with existing material :)
no more questions? it seems I've been very clear :D
