is it much harder for you guys to type in english? I ask beause i don't know if there is a different keyboard setup or something.

what about the NT players in his team

No, the policy on this is clear, devs do not manually move players to the transfer list.
Current NT players will continue to exist and won't degrade. Don't think his 25 year old would be improving much at all anyway. By the time his form or stats get goofy based on not being managed someone else will be better.
You'll likely lose the 20-22 year olds to the NT, which is a shame, but the devs have ruled on this one that there is to be no manual intervention.

the argument is not about one manual release or about this case
you had a petition with the support of all the NT managers
but you (actually it's the devs) refuse to do what is common in other games:
put the players on sale as soon as the team is without a user
and the big question is why
