Hi, my name is Amedeo and I'm an italian first league manager (Serie A) and I want to become your new NT coach!

I managed for 2 seasons the Italian NT (that now is world champion) and I lost only against Poland in World Cup.
I also worked as co-trainer with Dragster when we trained the Belarus NT, a young team that had very nice results with us.

I created a database with great features (like Best Of and scout divisions), which is the Italian DB by now, that I can use for us if I'll be elected.
I always change my tactics, studing my "enemies" and trying to gain some advantage against them. I'd like to receive some questions about us, and all players that wants to give some help for NT like scout, translaters or everything will be accepted. The team must be the isrealian community team, and I'll prefere to have always a great communication with us. Hoping to be your new coach, Amido.

I think in world cup is that game: link one of the best.
In qualify matches with our team were pretty easy so I tought that it was a best thing to show you a WC match-

That is an example of how my database looks:

It's very easy to translate, you have got some options for rename, modify, make some notes, make forum characters in bbcode for each player.

There is also a page for managing it by admins, for create Scouts (with minimum age and maxage if we want to make more scouts for DEF, MID and ATT)

You'll have a Best of Page for watch how your players are placed into israelian ranking (it doesn't means that first one will play) and it will be nice for let you watch your players emprovements.

I'll post for every match the players that were called for it, in this way for example:

We'll make polls and discussions about NT, and our objective (for what I can see by now) will be to always emprove our ranking and our World Cup qualification league. So in next Qualify we wants to reach 3rd place, and try to become the last team that qualifies for World Cup.
We won't win it by now, there will be time for that in future :D

I want to explain why I proposed myself for your country.

After having been Italian NT coach for 2 seasons with very nice results, I tried in France for 3-4 seasons because I speak very well French, and because I wanted a strong NT.

Why managing a foreign team? Because I think that Sokker is a game (a great game), I love it, I've got free time to spend on it and why don't use it for managing an other team? :D Trying new experiences it's nice for me, and also improving languages, so for example if I win there, I can improve my english by talking to you, and also have other funny time on Sokker.

I'll try to help all israelian players that will ask for my experience here (it's more than 3 years that I play Sokker).

Why Israel? Because after last elections in France this time will win whitout any doubt the same coach for let him play World Cup.
For the same reason I searched for a country where I can speak with their users (I know that here english is the second language), for example if I tried in Colombia, I don't speak spanish so it will be very hard. An other reason for choosing Israel was that your coach wasn't reproposing himself, you don't have to play World Cup so I'll have much time for understand your community and your team before trying to qualify. And also because there were no votes after one day so I'll have a chance maybe :-)

I don't want a country with 20 users. It's not very nice to play always against very very weak teams, like I were playing in the 5th or 6th italian division.
I want that my team shows a great football, even if I have to lost all my matches.

That's why I'm here, if you have got some answers please I'm here for that :D

lets say you do get elected, your goal is to get us higher in the reankings
and then get relelected to play the world cup.
would you use the 25-28 year old players (not 100% trained) as they are thebest at the moment
or try to use 22-24 year olds fully trained prospects?

forgot to ask how old are you?
and will you agree to give users for peace?
i.e. send yellow123 to Iran for their agreement to play against us...
