We won, but I really expected more goals with 16 shots against 1.
I didn't devine the striking level, so often we were breaking against their defense, but anyway I think it's strange that we didn't scored other goals.
They made only 1 shot on a penalty kick, and Skaat taked it :) I think we have some problems, we have all central midfielerds with high defense, but we need a great offensive winger and I'll ask to some manager to make 1 or 2 at high levels.
I tried Segev on the side but all his passes were wrong, anyway good match of the defense, they never had problems. Bad match from strikers, with 2 keepers injured, and not really strong they must score more.
From now we'll play Mini WC, there'll be Abad return and I hope some strikers will grow their form. If you want to say something about the match, I'll be glad to resume it with you :)

What do you think the order of priorities in main skills of strikers?
Striker - Technique and Pace at the same plan. Despite that I'll choose different players according to my tactic. For example in a tactic with 3 strikers, I'll prefer technique and striker cause they'll make a break-through. In a tactic based on a winger attack, I'll prefer pace and striker cause the striker goal is to score crosses, and to run as fast as winger do. I can make also other examples, but I think you understood my point.
If they have got also defender, and a bit of playmaker and passing it's better. For example in today's match with more playmaker and passing I think we had scored more goals (cause of the nice placement of strikers when the other had ball).
What do you think the order of priorities in main skills of midfielders and winger?
It depends from placement on the field. For example for a MID-DEF, I think the most important skills are defender of course, pace and playmaker for quickly restart. Obviously passing and technique are required too, but not so much.
For a midfielder, I love high passing and playmaker, in this way we'll see a nice football and nice actions. Pace is very important too. They also need defense for making a filter before defenders, and technique for avoid to lose ball.
A winger for me is only a very offensive winger. So don't matter about defense, but in order she needs: pace and tech for break down, and then passing. Playmaker isn't needed very high, Also with formidable - outstanding they'll do their job.
Stamina is required for all :D

Defenders must have of couse very high level of defense and pace. Then, in my preferences they need playmaker, tech and passing.
In side defenders more passing.
Wingbacks aren't very used from me, I prefer to place some midfielders on the side sometimes, anyway it depens on opponent. As i said for me a winger is an extreme offensive arm :D

I really love to dip completely into my job, so me and my scouts will contact owners for suggest the best training for the future. In the field there'll be a mix of great "old" players, and young (as today, for example Menache and Becenhamayer). In easy matches you'll see some strange friendlies, for example with only players that plays in Israel, or in very easy matches we'll make a best of last 2-3 Israeli leagues for give a chance to new players to endear for NT :D
It's a pity that my english isn't very well, or we could make a radio during NT matches, maybe someone of you can do it if you feel.
My plan is to build a strong NT, I won't tell you that we'll gain WC of course, but I want to make a better NT for future, and close-up we'll reach some stronger teams :)
