Subject: [NT]anaconda

I asked a question based on the knowledge I have. don't forget I trained defenders for the NT and I am a bit more active then most. I know most of the players on the field and if I had a reason to ask that's my business.

By the way I reject your assumption that I need to say yes to all of these question
the only question which is relevant is do I know the specific skills, which I do.

First, I'll answer to Sharoni's questions.

1. You can't look without noticing the keeper, Nadav, he's a real angel for the team :)
Also, there are some little monsters, like Dvir or Awabed and I noticed lots of 23-25yo players with very good potential and in 5 seasons, when they'll have 28-30yo, the national team should reach the highest point of evolution :)

2. I will surely play some matches with players trained just in Israel, because the users deserve this 'reward' if we can call it so... also, there will be U23 or U24 matches, so we can help the young players to grow better... but when it comes to the important matches, the best players will be used, in order to win these matches.

3. I think it's in the job of a national team coach to combine the present and the future. When we should win an important game, we use the best players, obviously, but, as I said, there will be U23-U24 friendly matches, NT coach has the duty to take care of the future, this is my oppinion and I did this at Romania U21, when I was the coach...

4. Yes, I will be active.

5. so you should be ready for it

I saw there were some debates in hebrew, I try to understand all of them, but it's pretty difficult, google translate doesn't work too well :P
Anyway, I do NOT want to be part of any inner-community wars of the Israeli community.
I think this is like in every other community, there are groups of users and group of users, but at the moment I don't want to be affected by this, neither me nor my campaign. I want to be NT coach and I want to do good things here (including an eventually peaceful relation with all the user groups from the community, with all the users who like me and who don't like me). This is the coach job, to try and keep a good relation with all the users, but I don't want to be affected by the wars you have or whatever. I will try to make things better, if I can, but please keep my campaign a fair and one let me do the good things I want to do.

I will gladly answer to your questions and I hope all this 'pseudo' war will stop.

Why is it important for a potential player to play matches in the NT? Which advantage he gains from this?

So I wonder if the benefit is only "the users deserve this reward" or "we can help the young players to grow better", and for the second statement how much this helps?

It's well known the fact that a player receives 50% bonus training when playing for NT.
I think it's a nice bonus to be taken into account and that's why there will be U23-U24 matches, because these players are younger and the bonus will help them...
and it's a fact, I have a 18yo Cuban striker, he playes constanly for U21 and he poped in 3 weeks to very good pace, 3 weeks to excellent pace and 3 weeks to formidable pace. I think it's pretty good talent which normally would have been difficult to get, without the bonus :)

edit: not to mention the fact that NT players are sold for a higher price than non-NT players :)
Also, it's said that injured players recover faster if they are in NT squad, that's why, if I get elected, I will always call to NT players who are injured, in order to recover faster, even if they have only a small chance to play for NT.

Another benefit is little increase in the crowd (only for teams that their player played)

Btw....... even the bonus is not mention there :)

I think both of you forgot about the extra experience the player will gain , it can only help when a player has divine exp' in age 23yr like Dvir...

I opened some time ago a thread on sokker international about this and a polish mod said that he found the following advantages on polish news (first page):
prestige, as you said... more supporters...
medical care - faster recovery (he can get injured in club also)
and the training bonus, which was ~33%, but it was changed a couple of months ago to 50%...
should be in english version of rules...

edit: Of course, Sharoni, this is because he plays more matches :) this applies to champions cup also...
