The database looks much better now... most of the important players are updated and now they look really nice comparing with the skills when they were not updated...
There still are some other things to fix, but it's time for everything...
Our first qualification game will be against Croatia, best team in the group and main contender for 1st place. They, have, of course, world class players, like Drago Deljanin, and every point taken from them will be a bonus. They will have a new coach, this can be our chance...
2nd place is also good in this group, so we should axe our forces on Belarus.
I already started to spy on them, as you may have noticed, we know some of their players, they are good, but we have betters. Their coach will be the same, we play against them 2 consecutive matches, in round 5 and 6, I hope we'll stay fine with the form and no injuries.
Other decent team in the group is Bolivia, they can make surprises, but I hope they will make surprises only with Belarus and give us 6 points :)
Last 2 teams, Paraguay and Crna Gora, will fight for last places. Paraguay is a better team, normally we should not have problems with them, but I saw some matches last season with incredible result (like Romania U21 0-0 Philipinas U21, 22 shots to 0). Crna Gora, I know some of their players, they raise their value by every season, but still they are a team who can't cause problems yet.

Yes anaconda, it is so silent around here and not only because there is no competition... but also because there were not enough subjects to discuss during these elections...
Can you for example tell us how do you plan to form a team of assistants to help you?

About spies, everyone is welcome to spy, when there are opponents players on TL, they can post on forum, but mostly I will do the main job, by sending some sk-mails as I already did with Belarus players.
About scouting, there is a tool created by rtg who scans all the israeli players in sokker, I will use that and I'll send sk-mail (I think it's automatically done by that tool) to all the players we don't know...
about assistants, I'd like to have some constructive discussions on NT association, everybody can come with advice, ideas, etc... I like activity :) also, if any of you would like to run for NT in the future and want to be around NT now, to gain some experience, he can tell me, there will be some friendlies where he can make the tactic and select the players, so he can realise what it takes to be a coach :) but this would be in the 2nd season, I will reserve this season for myself to know the players better :)

Besides,... I just want to make sure that anaconda has a plan.
We don't need another arse like a few we had before, who think that the NT is their second private team, just because they have a player or two who play in it. Arrogance and huge egos seem to be a fashion with certain managers... even Romanian ones ;-)
