Now, elections are started. I decided to be a candidate again. I am sure I have showed how I care about Israel National Team and the community.
I am behind of all of my words.
Questions of gh.hagi
1.What kind of tactics will you use against other much stronger National Teams?
I have worked on every type of tactics. I organized a friendy cup at Turkey, called "1. 'Ödülüm Plus' Ligi" and I told people that I will give 3 months plus for the winner. My aim was to play with the strongest teams in Turkey to have experienced in the game. And I think I have got enough experience on it.
My tactic versus a stronger team is 4-5-1. And sometimes I change it 5-4-1. In my opinion, playing like 6-4-0 is not good tactic for sokker. You can look at sokker world cup final. Italy was so defensive versus Poland and they lose 9-1. So, my tactics against a stronger team is 5-4-1 and 4-5-1
2.What age range of players you are planning to call up for the National Team?
Israel is a new nation. So, there are not so many young players. If I win the elections, I will open a topic, called "Juniors." At that topic every Israel user will write down their juniors at junior school. Then I will pursue their players at that topic. After graduating juniors, we (everybody can help me) will decide who to choose to NT.
In my opinion, young players are more important than others. So, we must consider important to juniors. And I will try to take the youngest ones.
3.What will be the minimum requirements for each position?
For Keepers:
Keeper = 8 and Passing + Pace = 12
Keeper = 9
Rating = 40
For Defenders:
Defender = 7 and Passing + Pace + Technique = 21 Playmaker = 5
Defender = 8 and Passing + Pace + Technique = 18 Playmaker = 5
Defender = 9 and Passing + Pace + Technique = 16 Playmaker = 4
Defender = 10
Rating = 30
For Midfielders:
Playmaker = 8 and Passing + Pace + Technique = 20
Playmaker = 9 and Passing + Pace + Technique = 15
Playmaker = 10
Rating = 30
Striker and defender skills will be the selection criteria for the best available position of the player.
For Scorers:
Striker = 8 and Technique = 6 and Passing + Pace = 12
Striker = 9 and Technique + Passing + Pace = 15
Rating = 30
For All Players:
Stamina and forms will have a decent effect for the players to be included in NT squad. All the selected players that become Israel NT player have to play in all matches; league games and midweek matches. They have to be trained according to their positions and skills.
4.Are you going to have a weekly update on the Israeli conference about the status of the National Team?
This weekly update is the most important part of the job. Every week, before matches and after matches, I will talk to Israel users my tactics and my thoughts about the match and result. Also, your thoughts will be so significant to me. I will listen the criticisms, and communicate to Israel Users.
Questions of dudave
1. do you think we have a chance against slovenja, and if so would you play deffensivly or offensivly against them?
It is clear that they are stronger than us. If you look at their players, you can see difference. And if you look at their matches, they are using same tactic for the macthes which they can win. And they are not using wings. That is why i won't use wings against them too. 3-2-4-1 may be a good tactic for them. However, their NT coach will change. So, at first, I have to watch new coach's tactics. But it is also clear that I will never play as 3-4-3 against them. Since that would absolutely give us a big defeat.
2. what are the most important secondary skills for israeli players in this specific NT of israel in each position?
In some games, the important part is only deffender, playmaker, keeper and striker. But in sokker, All of the skills are important. For example, a striker and a keeper must be quick. Therefore their pace skill must be acceptable. Also technique and stamina is important for every player. Moreover passing is significant for midfields and keepers. Let me give you another example, If I have to use a DMC in a match, his defender skill must be as good as midfield skill. Consequently, as you can see in my press release, every skill is important. And I will try to make a team like this.
3. would you consider playing offside trap? Please explain :)
Ofside trap is not good. I don't like it. Since to use ofside trap, you have to have such defenders whose pace skill must be more than other teams' strikers'. And it is not a good coaching, using offside tactic. Since It is not working.
Another things for Sokker Israel
As you know dudave organizes a friendly league called גביע גולדסטאר (Goldstar). I talked to him to be the supporter of the league. And he accepted. Thanks to him. :) One of my aims is to make you, Israeli Users, have fun from the game. Since, if you have fun from the game, Israel NT can develop faster in Sokker. So, If I win elections, I will give some prizes for the winner and the second placed teams of גביע גולדסטאר.
(I did the same thing in Turkey. Here is my league, 1."Ödülüm Plus" Ligi. And here is the winner, uniqer. I have bought his plus last week)
The prizes are:
3 Months Plus ---> For the winner
2 Months Plus ---> For the second placed.

I have answered all of them before but I will repeat again for you. :)

As you know number of users has a significant effect on the game. More users make you have fun more. Beating a bot team is not so enjoyable.
Moreover, Other Israeli Users are so important for Israel National Team too. More users means more players. And more players make the success at NT. So, thanks to dudave for his advertisements for Sokker Israel on Israeli forums. After his advertisements, users of Israel reached to 185 from 29. Furthermore I am very happy for that increase on number of users.
Also, for Israel community, as I said before, I will give plus for the winner and the second placed users of dudave' league, גביע גולדסטאר . In my opinion, that will make users have more fun, and maybe the newbies will call their friends to sokker because of this kind of leagues.

Yes. That is one of the important jobs for NT coach. Before games, and after games you will be informed about the team. But I won't inform it in English. Since other NT-coaches can understand what I am saying. So, I will take help from dudave(as well as you, and everbody who wants to help me) to translate my words in Hebrew and then I will post it in Hebrew. Therefore only you, Israeli Users, and I will know about tactics.
Also, I will always be here to listen your ideas about the game. And my sk-mail will be always on for Israeli Users for their questions and ideas.

As I said before, Nippon (Japan) is the team that we would beat. However, because of a cheater, we lost the game 5-0. But I am sure we can win the other match which will be in our home.
Other teams are old teams and they are better than us for sure.
Polska(Poland), the strongest link of sokker.
Soumi(Finland), they lost 6-0 against Polska, but they are also so strong.
Slovenija(Slovenia), Another team who was in previous world cup. They are better than us.
Uruguay, couldn't pass qualification gruop 2 seasons ago. But it doesn't mean they are week.
In my opinion, after Japan defeat, our chance to go to world cup decreased. But If I win elections, I will do my best to go there. Impossible is nothing and we will need to be a little bit lucky.

As I said before, I will need everybody’s help. So saying “this is my assistant, and this is your assistant” is not good. I am here to help Israel National Team. So, If there is someone who wants to help Israel NT can help me. Also I think I proofed how I care about the community. I want everybody to help me on this way.
