This is for all NT candidates!
I have a couple of qustions for you

1.What kind of tactics will you use against other much stronger National Teams?

2.What age range of players you are planning to call up for the National Team?

3.What will be the minimum requirements for each position?

4.Are you going to have a weekly update on the Israeli conference about the status of the National Team?

Each candidate should feel free to post in this thread

1) I have worked on every type of tactics. I organized a friendy cup at Turkey, called "1. 'Ödülüm Plus' Ligi" and I told people that I will give 3 months plus for the winner. My aim was to play with the strongest teams in Turkey to have experienced in the game. And I think I have got enough experience on it.

My tactic versus a stronger team is 4-5-1. And sometimes I change it 5-4-1. In my opinion, playing like 6-4-0 is not good tactic for sokker. You can look at sokker world cup final. Italy was so defensive versus Poland and they lose 9-1. So, my tactics against a stronger team is 5-4-1 and 4-5-1

2) Israel is a new nation. So, there are not so many young players. If I win the elections, I will open a topic, called "Juniors." At that topic every Israel user will write down their juniors at junior school. Then I will pursue their players at that topic. After graduating juniors, we (everybody can help me) will decide who to choose to NT.

In my opinion, young players are more important than others. So, we must consider important to juniors. And I will try to take the youngest ones.

For Keepers:

Keeper = 8 and Passing + Pace = 12
Keeper = 9
Rating = 40

For Defenders:

Defender = 7 and Passing + Pace + Technique = 21 Playmaker = 5
Defender = 8 and Passing + Pace + Technique = 18 Playmaker = 5
Defender = 9 and Passing + Pace + Technique = 16 Playmaker = 4
Defender = 10
Rating = 30

For Midfielders:

Playmaker = 8 and Passing + Pace + Technique = 20
Playmaker = 9 and Passing + Pace + Technique = 15
Playmaker = 10
Rating = 30
Striker and defender skills will be the selection criteria for the best available position of the player.

For Scorers:

Striker = 8 and Technique = 6 and Passing + Pace = 12
Striker = 9 and Technique + Passing + Pace = 15
Rating = 30

For All Players:

Stamina and forms will have a decent effect for the players to be included in NT squad. All the selected players that become Israel NT player have to play in all matches; league games and midweek matches. They have to be trained according to their positions and skills.

4) This weekly update is the most important part of the job. Every week, before matches and after matches, I will talk to Israel users my tactics and my thoughts about the match and result. Also, your thoughts will be so significant to me. I will listen the criticisms, and communicate to Israel Users.

Don't talk about tactics on an open forum prior to the match plz, would be kinda silly if the opponent country could see, lol.

He asked the tactics. Therefore I gave the answer. That is it.

2) לא ממש משנה אין בחירה בישראל הטובים ילכו בעדיפות לצעירים

3) פחות או יותר כמו שהקודם כתה אבל זה משהו קצת רגיש ואם אני יבחר אני כבר יפרסם את זה מסודר

4) הכן כן וביגלל זה רצוי מאמן דובר עיברית שלא יבואו מבחוץ להציץ.

1. הטקטיקות יקבעו כמובן בהתאם ליריבה ולצרכי הנבחרת.
אני מניח שברוב המשחקים הנבחרת תהיה נחותה מהיריבה ולכן נשחק יותר הגנתי אולם אני מאמין שאף במשחקים כאלו צריך לשחק לפחות עם 2 חלוצים (על חשבון אחד מקשרי האגף)

2. דבר ראשון ישותפו הטובים ביותר אשר מתאמנים בקבוצותיהם. כמובן שאשאף לתת לצעירים יותר לשחק אולם היות ואין כאן תפקיד לנסיון שהם צוברים (וכמו כן מניסיוני האישי המשחק בנבחרת כמעט ואינו נותן כלום באימון השבועי)במידה ויהיו מבוגרים טובים יותר הם ישחקו.

3. קצת קשה להכריז על דרישות מינימום כרגע.
אני מניח כי רייטינג של 30 ומעלה יהווה את סף הכניסה הראשוני וממנו בתקווה שאוכל לעשות ניפויים.

דבר חשוב ביותר הינו הכושר הגופני של השחקן כאשר אעדיף שחקן עם תכונה ראשית קצת פחות טובה במידה ויהיה הפרש גדול בכושר

4. אני אפרסם בכל שבוע מה עבר על הנבחרת וכן מה צפוי לה אולם לא אפרסם מערכים צפויים וכ"ו


אני מקווה שהקבוצות בישראל ישקיעו באקדמיית הנוער כמה שיותר כי זה העתיד של הנבחרת וכמו כן מקווה כי שחקנים ישראלים אשר קבוצותיהם נמצאות בחו"ל ישקיעו באימון ישראלים (אני אישית מתכוון לעבור לאימון התקפה ברגע שיהיהו מתאמנים ישראלים פוטנציאלים לקניה)

World Cup Preliminaries:

Group I
1. Polska
2. Suomi
3. Israel
4. Nippon
5. Slovenija
6. Uruguay

this is the group israel will play in, polska is the best team in sokker by far and we will get our ass kick by them. suomi is also a sure lost. nippon will probably be a weaker team than israel wich is good news, uruguay is slightly better but with some good coaching i'm sure we can surprise them. the last is slovenja, better than israel for sure and here i would like to add 3 question of my own for the candidates:

1. do you think we have a chance against slovenja, and if so would you play deffensivly or offensivly against them?

2. what are the most important secondary skills for israeli players in this specific NT of israel in each position?

3. would you consider playing offside trap? please explain :)

First of all, I would like to say my opinions about the group:

We have Polska (Poland) which is the last champion of the world cup and which is the strongest link! But we will have experience while playing with them.

Soumi(Finland) is another strong team. In the previous world cup, they passed second round. but they lost against Hrvatska(Croatia) They are really good team.

Slovenija(Slovenia) was also in world cup last season. But they couldn't manage to get point against Suomi, México and Polska. However, they have the ability to beat México and Suomi. They lost these two match 2-1.

Uruguay couldn't pass qualification gruop 2 seasons ago. But it doesn't mean they are week.

We will play the first match with Nippon (Japan) at away stadium. They are one of the new nations in sokker. I am sure we can beat them. They have 5 active users, but we have 81 users. And that number will increase day by day.

And now for your questions;

1) It is clear that they are stronger than us. If you look at their players, you can see difference. And if you look at their matches, they are using same tactic for the macthes which they can win. And they are not using wings. That is why i won't use wings against them too. 3-2-4-1 may be a good tactic for them. However, their NT coach will change. So, at first, I have to watch new coach's tactics. But it is also clear that I will never play as 3-4-3 against them. Since that would absolutely give us a big defeat.


2) In some games, the important part is only deffender, playmaker, keeper and striker. But in sokker, All of the skills are important. For example, a striker and a keeper must be quick. therefore their pace skill must be acceptable. Also technique and stamina is important for every players. Moreover passing is significant for midfields and keepers. Let me give you another example, If I have to use a DMC in a match, his defender skill must be as good as midfield skill. Consequently, as you can see in my press release, every skills are important. And I will try to make a team like this.


3) Ofside trap is not good. I don't like it. Since to use ofside trap, you have to have such defenders whose pace skill must be more than other teams' strikers'. And It is not a good coaching, using offside tactic. Since It is not working.

1. לסלובנים ישנו יתרון של שנה מבחינת אימון.
אין ספק כי הם עדיפים אולם ניתן יהיה לנסות ולהוציא מהם נקודות.
לגבי הטקטיקה זה לא ממש המקום הנכון לחשוף אותה :)

2. שתי תכונות חשובות מאוד בעיניי בתור משניות לכל העמדות והן כושר גופני (סטמינה) ומהירות (פייס)

3. מניסיוני במשחק על שימוש באופסייד אתה נענש בסופו של דבר ןלכן לא אשתמש בזה אלא אם יהיו בנבחרת מגינים מאוד מאוד מהירים
