You guys can download the sokker training spreadsheet i wrote (or use Sokker Manager application) to keep track and estimate where a junior will come out.
The important thing is to judge talent by the time it takes between the first and second pop. Ignore the first pop's duration.
Ie, if the first pop takes 2 weeks, the second takes 6, the third takes 5, you're looking at a player who'll pop in about 5.5 weeks - pretty ok talent.
3.7 weeks with a great (incred) is about the highest.
If those players who are adeq+ with 30+ weeks left have nice talent (4 or better), they'll be VERY VERY special. If they ahve bad talent (8-12), they'll only be ok.
