Subject: האם כדאי להשקיע בנוער ?

אני חדש במשחק (כמו רובנו) ולכן משאבי מדולדלים.
אני כיום משקיע בנוער 36 אלף (על 7 מתאמנים) ועוד 18 אלף על מאמן נוער. יחד 56 אלף. מה הסיכוי להחזיר את זה ויותר ?

כן אחי - כדאי לך להשקיע בנוער זה מחזיר את זה ויקח לך זמן אבל זה שווה את זה - כמובן שאם יש לך שחקן נוער שלא שווה כלום אל תשאיר אותו !!!

איך אתה יודע שזה מחזיר את עצמו,
מניסיון אישי או ממשהוא שאחרים אמרו ?

אחי - אני כבר יכול להגיד לך שזה מניסיון אישי - ואתה יכול להרגיש איתי חופשי !!!

אבל איך שאתה בוחר אם אתה מעוניין להשקיע וזה אכן נכון אז כן תשקיע אבל ביחד תשקיע בחוכמה אל תשמור שחקני נוער שהם גרועים ...

you have bought just one player toyour team and it was for 3000 nis and never ever sold !!!!!
, so how can you say such a thing???/
(or maybe you have some other teams that we don't know about them)


ofer....... it take a long time to get the invest in the youth back, in my former team in Denmark it tok me like 4-5 season to get the moeny i put and start to have profit

כל מקרה אני התככונתי וזה באמת נכון שזה מתוך ניסיון בקשר לנוער שזה משתלם - דבר שני ממש אבל ממש אין לי זמן לשטויות שלך ושל החברים שלך

כל מקרה אם תתבגר אתה והחברים שלך ותחליטו לעזור לנבחרת ולשלוח שלקנים זה ממש יעזור - כי זאת המטרה העיקרית כרגע

First af all I didn't want this queshtion to become a personal argument about the elections (there are enough space you are already doing it) I just wanted to get a decent answer.
I do want the answer to be based on something – personal experience, article you read, reaserch you mace etc.
I (not just me I believe) think it's important that if someone claims a position on this issue – he will give a decent explanation too.
I believe this question is important for a lot of new users.
I got a good answer from guy and I will be happy to hear more good and based answer.

you can look in my former team in Denmark, it was called Holy team and check the transfer list.

when you sell youth player you keep and get some profit from his furhere selling until the age of 21 (im not sure about the exect age)

ומי שלא שולח הוא רק דופק את הנבחרת - אולי לפחות בזה אתה מסכים איתי ??

i had some more but i guess you see the general picture.

usuly those players was like 30 weeks in the youth academy so its like
30*6000 =180,000 + 30*1500=45,000

so its like cost 225,000 per player to develope
