y, only if ya want to do it there way everyone told me to train strikers but nah didnt like it, but i dont have 350k in the bank and a profit of 20k a week from listening to other people, tactics u figure out by yourself even though i dont need to worry bout them because im not aiming to win mathches. tactics is the hardest part but it comes to ya. and i did get a little help of mr gibbage and that and still learning like you but everyone has ther own way of doing things thats what im trying to say. and im not doomed to fail and neither are my mates we are all doing find we learnt out the hard way got over it and carry on

just saw your last match and you are doing terible beginer's mistakes, your tactic is completly useless. please improve a season or two, or in your case if you don't want help it might take 4-5 seasons... but please. don't come and petronise over israeli users when you have completly no idea about how this game works

and my tactic took me 5 minutes it is ment to be terrible. why would i need to win with players that cant kick a ball thats what im sayin i dont care about winning promotion or tactics i will when im finish my goalkeepin training.

u asked me this and i answered it im my own way the same someone else would of ansewed there way thats the point im trying to make everyones different u dont c people using the same tactic because someone toild them to use it do ya now pleaes tell me ya understand my point :)

i dont want the job i was bored i dont expect to get votes or becaome the manager u seem like a good person u become it. and i only expect to lose mathches because my team is not good enough to win mathches because of my keeper training

well, many people act in different ways it's true, but you can learn many things from many different managers and then make your own way sokker, but i don't think ignoring what other people do can help you in any way.

being bored is not a good reason enough to put yourself candidate for NT coach position, especialy when you know yourself that you are not good enough for the job, look at me, i'm bored :) but i know there are better people for the job, so for me it's the end of the story and i don't run for elections

the fact that you are training GK should not meen you need to have a crapy team, i don't agree with the concept of sacrifying everything for 2-3 seasons just because of what you chose to train, in my opinion you should always have as your main goal to enjoy the game! if you don't win or at least play well, how can you enjoy? of course training is very important and without it you go nowere in sokker, but i couldnt enjoy the game with a team like yours for example, you could at least buy some old and cheap players that would make your team much better

i do enjoy what i do with my team and i will build my team i concentrate in youth aswell. for the benefit of england. and i do listen to other managers to a point but not telling everything you do. yes but i know people wont vote for me and who sed im not good enough for the job i didnt say that dont mean i dont try with my team that i wont with another for instance i took over the england game against ireland and won 3-1 on my first season on here. i take that as a privelage. i also need the money because goalkeeping coaches are very expensive to run :( i didnt get where i am now from listening to other peoples mistakes as you say but i listen to advice from other managers. and i give other people advice on goalkeeping training and valuations

irland has 23 users, and they provided to nigeria there first win ever on sokker few days ago :) no offense but even if you won that game 20:0 i wouldn't be too impresed

i didnt want u to be impressed im capable of winning games when i put my mind to it thats my point.

anyway im glad u understand the point i have been making, but we are destroying this dudes thread so there sumthin u dont know if gibbage was here we would be getting forum banned for going off topic
