Subject: Question for all candidates!

If you are running for the Israeli NT coach job you should know some stuff about israeli players!
looking at the current (10) players in the squad who would you leave and who would you realese
and also feel free to set a minimum skill requirement for getting into the NT

i do understand Hebrew but to make it fair for the non-Israeli candidates i chosed to write in English and so should you :)
I understand that no one can see their stats but looking at their values and wages you can get a pretty good idea where they are standing compared to other players

for the moment I don't know their skills so I don't say who I'll leave or release.

skill requirement :

GK : minimum Solid GK , minimum adequate pace . min 35% mark

DEF : minimum Solid DEF , minumum adequate pace (for the moment) but they could have some tehnique and some MID skills. min 27% mark

MID : minimum Solid PM , minimum avarage Passing(for the moment) but they could have some DEF , tehnique and pace skills. min 27% mark

ATT : minimum solid ST , minimum avarage pace an tehnique. min 29%mark.

If there are some youngest player that don't match the requirement we will talk about them.

I'll try to make a competitive NT , but I'll need you help. Feel free to vote me.

Most of my players are better than those according to the stats we see and besides that they're younger. I guess that the one to be chosen should get those with the highest potential. It's easy to figure out that we shall not be WC champions yet for a few seasons, thus I'd rather invest in the future.
Maybe we should open a topic where we show those players we believe can make it to the NT? Are we doing it?

Well, you have asked same question last time. My criteria is here:


For Keepers:

Keeper = 8 and Passing + Pace = 12
Keeper = 9
Rating = 40

For Defenders:

Defender = 7 and Passing + Pace + Technique = 21 Playmaker = 5
Defender = 8 and Passing + Pace + Technique = 18 Playmaker = 5
Defender = 9 and Passing + Pace + Technique = 16 Playmaker = 4
Defender = 10
Rating = 30

For Midfielders:

Playmaker = 8 and Passing + Pace + Technique = 20
Playmaker = 9 and Passing + Pace + Technique = 15
Playmaker = 10
Rating = 30
Striker and defender skills will be the selection criteria for the best available position of the player.

For Scorers:

Striker = 8 and Technique = 6 and Passing + Pace = 12
Striker = 9 and Technique + Passing + Pace = 15
Rating = 30

For All Players:

Stamina and forms will have a decent effect for the players to be included in NT squad. All the selected players that become Israel NT player have to play in all matches; league games and midweek matches. They have to be trained according to their positions and skills.

Also, These 10 players are not so bad. I also have plus and can see thier all of matches. And their ratings. However, to decide who to leave, first of all, I have to see other Israeli Players. I have to compare them. Also I would prefer 18 year old player instead of 28 years old one. Since if a player plays on NT match, he takes more training. So, young players are much more important. Because they take more training then old ones.
