עצוב להגיד אבל מהסגל שקיים כרגע לא ישאר אף שחקן ככל הנראה


את הדרישות שלי אני אציג כרגע בצורת מספרי רייטינג:

שוערים - רייטינג 45 ומעלה

הגנה - רייטינג 34 ומעלה

קישור - רייטינג 35 ומעלה

התקפה - רייטינג 35 ומעלה


בכל מקרה תנתן עדיפות לצעירים יותר וכמו כן אדרוש כי שחקני הסגל יאומנו וישחקו שני משחקים כל שבוע

אחי זה בדיחה ?
לי היה חלוץ עם 39 ריטינג עם מהירות 2
מה יעזור הרייטינג ??
אחי צריך ללכת על תכונות לא על רייטינג

אז אולי במקום לבקר, תתחיל בלענות על השאלות
האלה כמו גיא ואחרים היות וגם אתה רץ בבחירות האלה

גיא לפי דעתי בתור מאמן אתה לא יכול לבקש ממישהו לאמן שחקן פעמיים בשבוע.
אולי הוא רוצה לאמן מתאמנים אחרים.

אני גם חושב שהבקשה מוגזמת, במיוחד
לאור העובדה שהרבה מאוד מועמדים לנבחרת
לא בהכרח יתאמנו בתכונה הראשית שלהם

זה יהיה דבר נכון לעשות אולי בעוד 2-3 עונות
אבל כרגע אני לא בטוח שזה מעשי או הכרחי

1)by wich way would you try to control a strong team's attack that is playing with three attackers?

I would probably play 4-2-3-1. Four defenders, 2 def-mids, 3 off-mids and a striker

2)wich is the secondary skill (other than pace and technique) that you find the most useful for a forward

defending (to steal a ball from defenders) and playmaking (to make his decisions quicker)

3)now that we lost 5:0 to japan by default, wich place do you think israel can acheive in this group?

Poland is the strongest team, then Finland. Japan is the weakest. I think it would be difficult to win with Uruguay twice. But we can do it against Slovenia.

4)if you have a sweeper, that acording ti his skills is the most suited for freekicks, would you use it for that purpose?

Absolutely not - it is too dangerous. We could lost a goal

5)in my opinion, there is a secondary skill that is extremly important for a team like israel, wich do you think it is and why?

Pace and defending. If we don't want to be defeated, we can't lose a goal. So every player should defend. When we gain the ball we should counter-attack. That's why players should be fast.

what will happen in israel's games against poland if you will get elected? will you be 110% on israel's side or will you slack off (maybe even without knowing you are doing so)?

Poland is the strongest team in Sokker so far. Hovewer, during a match against Poland I would like to score a goal and not to lose many goals. Besides I'll try to persuade Polish coach not to choose his best players.

cant say really without skills knowledge :P

and also feel free to set a minimum skill requirement for getting into the NT

GK - pace min 9 - 10, and some gk skills

Def - pace and def about 9-10, some PM

MID - pace, PM, passing about 9-10

ATT - pace and shooting about 9-10

ad1) i dont think i will play with 3 att :P

ad2) stamina of course :P and defending...

ad3) 5th maybe...

ad4) nope to much risk

ad5) stamina becouse its the only way to fight agnist "older" countries

first of all i think it's an honor that you showed up for those elections. unfortunatly your forum apearance is "too little too late" in my opinion and that's a shame

its important of course, but no when we have much more weaker team...

It is not a good behaviour. I wouldn't do it. We can lose by 20 goals, but a lose by not playing with your team is not acceptable. We have to fight against them. I think the result will be a absolute defeat. But applying cheat is not acceptable.
